San Angelo Regional Manufacturers Alliance (SARMA): A powerful arm of the Chamber that convenes 100+ local manufacturers monthly to coordinate workforce strategies, host factory tours, and drive recruitment and retention initiatives
San Angelo Technology Alliance: A collaboration between businesses, government, and higher education that fosters tech innovation, cybersecurity, and STEM-driven growth, along with facilitating connections with emerging startups and federal defense technology opportunities
Employer-Customized Workshops: Developed in collaboration with Concho Valley Workforce Solutions, ASU, Howard College, and the Chamber. These workshops offer apprenticeship program development, rapid-response training facility utilization, and grant and reimbursement support for professional training.

West Texas Training Center (WTTC): A 100,000 ft² regional training facility operated by Howard College and SAISD. It hosts industry-specific training across welding, IT, health sciences, auto tech, robotics, and more, including a rapid-response room for employer-led programs
