Aviation Training Takes Flight

• ASU’s Commercial Aviation Program offers fixed-wing pilot training, with helicopter and air traffic control courses launching soon 

• ASU is Texas’ only FAA AT-CTI designated university, one of just 26 nationwide 

• San Angelo is positioned as a rising hub for aviation education and industry partnerships 

• Howard College & Skyline Aviation have partnered on an Aircraft Mechanics School, which also offers a program leading to Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) licensure.
